Art in the Park / Fish Fry - Tweed & Area Arts Council

The Tweed & Area Arts Council is pleased be hosting the 40th anniversary of 'Tweed Art in the Park' and our world-famous fish fry! Art in the Park will be held on Saturday, July 30th from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Tweed Memorial Park on the shore of Stoco Lake, directly off Highway 37, across from Circle K gas bar.  Admission is free.  There will be a variety of arts & crafts produced by local artisans.  A children’s art area  and live music will entertain visitors throughout the day. Contact Bonnie Marentette for more information (613-478-1343/ bmaren@hotmail.com)  Enjoy a $15.00 Fish Fry lunch by Mike Mundell from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. as you enjoy a creatively inspiring day by the lake.  Fish Fry tickets available from Board members at the Tweed News or Frost House and may be available 'day of' at the event.
