You also have the option to download a paper copy of the Coming Events Form from our Forms page for completion. You can then scan and email your completed form; or fax it to 613-478-6457; or drop it off at the Municipal Office at 255 Metcalf St., Tweed.

Go-Vaxx Bus - COVID-19 Vaccine
Hop on the GO-VAXX bus for your COVID-19 vaccine.
1st, 2nd and boosters and paediatric Pfizer vaccines available.
July 11th from 11-5 p.m. at the Tweed Legion.
The individual can book an appointment 4 days in advance of the clinic date at 8:00 a.m. This can be done on the provincial booking website https://covid-19.ontario.ca/book-vaccine or by calling the Provincial Vaccine Contact centre at 1-833-943-3900. Please be sure to mention the GO-VAXX when scheduling an appointment.
Walk-ins are accepted while vaccine supplies last.
