LAND USE BY-LAW


Comprehensive Zoning By-Law No. 2012-30 was passed on Tuesday, September 25, 2012.  The passing of Comprehensive Zoning By-Law No. 2012-30 brings the three municipalities which amalgamated in 1998 under one comprehensive zoning by-law to cover the entire municipality.

With the passage of Comprehensive Zoning By-Law No. 2012-30, the former Village of Tweed Zoning By-Law No. 93-19; the former Township of Hungerford Zoning By-Law No. 81-18; and the former Township of Elzevir & Grimsthorpe Zoning By-Law No. 81-7 were all repealed in their entirety.


The text of the new zoning by-law and the applicable zoning maps are:

Comprehensive Zoning By-Law No. 2012-30 - This is the full text of the By-law including permitted uses and zone regulations for each zone.
