Residential Zone Review
Public Meeting May 27, 2025
The Municipality of Tweed is conducting a review of residential zoning with the goal of promoting increased densification. As part of this initiative, a zoning by-law amendment is proposed to revise the land use zones as follows:
- Residential First Density (R1)
- Residential Second Density (R2)
- Multiple Residential (MR)
