Individuals who submit letters and other information to Council should be aware that any personal information contained within their communications may become part of the public record and may be made available to the public through the Council Agenda process.

Meetings are held in-person and the webcast on Youtube and Zoom and provided for convenience only. The public meeting is held in the Council Chambers at 255 Metcalf St. in person.  

Meeting videos will remain on the Youtube Channel until the minutes of that meeting have been approved by Council and posted online.
