Residential Zone Review
The Municipality of Tweed is conducting a review of residential zoning with the goal of promoting increased densification. As part of this initiative, a zoning by-law amendment is proposed to revise the land use zones as follows:
Residential First Density (R1)
Residential Second Density (R2)
Multiple Residential (MR)

*NOTICE OF TOTAL BURN BAN*
Please be informed that, as directed by the Tweed Fire Department, a total burn ban will be in effect for the next 24 hours. This ban includes all open-air burning, campfires, and the use of fireworks.
Duration: Effective immediately and in place for the next 24 hours
Purpose: This measure is being implemented to ensure the safety of all residents and to prevent potential wildfires.
