$15,700 OTF Grant from Ontario Government Gives Community a Lift
Tweed, ON – On June 22, local MPP Ric Bresee joined Mayor DeGenova, members of Tweed Council, and CAO Ron Diskey at the Emily Trudeau Splash Pad to celebrate a $15,700 Capital grant they received from the provincial government’s Ontario Trillium Foundation (OTF).Â

Road Closure Tuesday/Wednesday
Flinton Road from Robinson Rd North to Elzevir Rd will be closed from Tuesday morning until Wednesday afternoon (June 16-17)
This is for a large culvert replacement.
Local traffic is permitted, and detour signs will be posted.

Bridge Construction in Queensborough is Complete!
The Municipality of Tweed is excited to announce that construction is now complete on the bridge in Queensborough - one of three bridge replacements as part of it's Local Bridge Replacements project.
The project has been made possible by the Government of Canada, the Province of Ontario, and the Municipality of Tweed.
